Participatory Budgeting in Ukraine

Description
This dataset consists of 50 interviews with 53 representatives of city administrations, civil society experts, and participants of participatory budgeting in Dnipro (16 interviews), Kyiv (19 interviews), and Lviv (14 interviews). The remaining interviews were conducted with experts from other cities. Interviews were conducted online between May and November 2021.
