Description

Dated version of 2 November 2026 of the open data of the European Observatory of Drone Incidents (https://droneobservatory.eu), with 383 incidents in 26 countries between 31 October 2024 and 1 November 2026 and a cut-off at 10:17 UTC on 2 November 2026. The package is a ZIP file with the incidents with a point in CSV (UTF-8, RFC 4180, one row per incident, 335 rows) and GeoJSON (WGS 84), the 48 incidents with an approximate location only in JSON with the same fields, and the measured air traffic for 24 incidents in a separate JSON file under ODbL 1.0. Each record carries its type, status, drone presence, place, time in UTC with its precision, number of drones, consequences, sources with Admiralty reliability codes, archived copies, literal quotations with translations and full history. README.md describes every field and value, METHODOLOGY.md contains the full methodology, LICENSE.md the licences and attributions, CITATION.cff the citation and CHANGELOG.md the changes from the previous version. A new dated version is deposited every three months, and the register itself is updated every hour.
