Description

This dataset consists of public online posts that report shortages of medications, diagnostic tests, and healthcare services related to HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and hepatitis in the Russian Federation. It contains 4,820 entries posted between 2010 and 2025. The data were collected to provide a complementary source to existing statistics and to support a deeper understanding of barriers to accessing public health medications and services.
