In 2021, the Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation changed the format for providing public data, which means we can no longer publish the dataset in the 2004-2020 format.
Data sources and data collection
OVD-Info obtained data on decisions under Articles 20.2 and 20.2.2 of the Criminal Procedure Code from a copy of the federal statistical data repository of the Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. Statistical data is available only for the consideration of cases under this article as a whole, without breaking them down into individual sections or regions of the Russian Federation.
