Description

This is a description of a dataset composed of 52 interviews conducted by the author of this dataset between 2016 and 2018 with representatives of state, international, and civil society organizations working in primary healthcare, HIV/AIDS, and tuberculosis programs in the Kyrgyz Republic. The interview transcripts and consent forms are not available online but are stored at the Research Center for East European Studies at the University of Bremen to maintain the anonymity of research participants.
