Opinions about mobilisation in Ukraine based on Info Sapiens Omnibus survey 2026
Version 1.0, published: March 31, 2026.
Description
Omnibus is a monthly nationally representative survey. The data presented was collected between January 19 and 27, 2026.
The study's sample consists of 1000 respondents. The survey was conducted via CATI (computer-assisted telephone interviewing) using a random sample of mobile phone numbers. The sample is representative of the adult population (ages 16 and older) of Ukraine. The structure of the sample corresponds to the structure of the population in terms of gender, age, settlement size, and region, according to the State Statistics Service data as of January 1, 2022. The survey was not conducted in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, or other territories of Ukraine temporarily occupied by Russia, where Ukrainian mobile operators do not provide mobile telephone services. Also, the survey does not cover Ukrainians who have fled abroad.
The maximum theoretical error is no more than 3.1%. The survey was conducted in two languages: Ukrainian and Russian. The dataset is available in both Ukrainian and English, in two separate .sav files and in Ukrainian in Excel spreadsheet format.
The dataset includes a set of sociodemographic indicators, specifically: gender, age, region, oblast, type of settlement of residence before the war and current residence, marital status, occupation and family financial status, as well as questions regarding the Ukrainian population's trust in certain politicians and public figures, attitudes toward mobilization, and assessments of whether the country is moving in the right or wrong direction.
